To delete your account, please send an email requesting account deletion to reach@duolaning.com with the email address associated with your account. This is necessary to confirm your identity and ensure the security of your account.

/// WHAT GETS DELETED

When your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed. This includes:

Your entries
Favorites
Saved barcodes
Badges
Personalization settings
Any other data stored in our database

/// PARTIAL DELETION REQUESTS

If you wish to delete specific data without removing your entire account, please specify the details in your deletion request email. For example, you might request the deletion of all Protein Entries before February 12th, 2024. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, though some essential data may need to be retained to ensure the app functions properly.

Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your deletion request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

/// DATA RETENTION NOTE

Please be aware that some data may be retained in our backups for up to 30 days after deletion for operational recovery and legal purposes. After this period, all data will be permanently erased from our backups.
